To become the best player you can be, you need to do work on your own outside of practice. That said it is sometimes hard to know where to start. There are thousands of work out and drill videos out there, these are just a few and are meant as a guide to get you going and inspire you to do more.

Workout using a cinder block. A full size 8x8x16 cinder block weighs about 35 lbs and costs about $3 at Home Depot, a 6x8x12 block weighs 25 lbs, and a 6x6x8 angelus block weighs 14 lbs. Proceed with caution.
