Registration News:

This spring, we will be using TeamLinkt as a club management system instead of SportsEngine, though you may still get a few emails through SportsEngine as we transition to the new system. Here are some tips and tricks for using TeamLink.

Richard Sandstrom has retired as registrar and Dan Strongin has taken over. You can reach Dan with all of your registration questions at <registrar_at_shorelinelacrosse.org>

We want everyone to be able to play lacrosse so ...

Financial assistance is available. We offer need based scholarships up to the full registration cost and can help with uniform costs, too. For scholarship information please contact registrar_at_shorelinelacrosse.org prior to completing this registration.

USA Lacrosse offers need based discounts on membership fees. Contact registrar_at_shorelinelacrosse.org for more info.

There are payment plan options. When you get to the payment screen, click the bar that says "Pay now with debit or credit card" to access a dropdown menu that will display additional payment options.

We offer no cost loaner gear (for anyone who needs it) and rental gear (for first year players). See the Loaner Gear tab in the Equipment section of this website or email <gear_at_shorelinelacrosse.org> for more details. You will be prompted to request loaner or rental gear during registration.

Registration rates for 2026

The registration rates for the 2026 spring season (Feb - June) are the same as last year, thanks to a strong fundraising effort, spearheaded by the boys K-2 team.

  • Verify that you meet the eligibility requirements based on home address and the school your child attends. These rules are set by our various leagues, not by us. The requirements can be found HERE.

  • Have your USA Lacrosse membership number handy. The membership must be valid through June 30, 2026. See below for information on how to purchase a membership or find your current membership number. USA Lacrosse provides insurance for our club and it also provides you with secondary insurance coverage for any lacrosse related injuries and other benefits.

  • Have your health insurance info, primary care doctor and dentist's phone numbers, and non-parent emergency contact info handy.

  • If your 3rd - 8th grade player currently has a jersey, you will need the number and you will need to verify that it still fits - do NOT guess, have your player try it on (with pads for boys). K-2, 8U, and high school players will get their uniforms directly from their respective teams.

Before registering

During registration

During this registration you will select the age group and team for your player(s). If you are unsure what to select, or if you would like to discuss anything further, please contact registrar_at_shorelinelacrosse.org. If your child is non-binary or trans, they are encouraged to register for the team they feel best suits them. We are also happy to discuss the options with you. You can reach out to Dan Strongin, at <registrar_at_shorelinelacrosse.org>, Girls Program Director Christy Neff at <neffchristy_at_gmail.com>, and/or Boys Program Director Matt Sokolowski at mattsoko_at_shorelinelacrosse.org>.

For boys, the team name corresponds to their current grade, ie 3/4 = 3rd or 4th grade, 5/6 = 5th or 6th grade, etc.

For girls, use the following guide:

  • Kindergarten-2nd grade = 8U

  • 3rd-4th grade = 10U

  • 5th-6th grade = 12U

  • 7th-8th grade = 14U

Register one player at a time, at the end of each registration, you will have an opportunity to register additional family members. Additional family members will automatically receive a 10% registration discount. If this discount is not automatically applied, please contact Dan at registrar_at_shorelinelacrosse.org to get a supplemental discount code. We ask that you register family members in the order oldest to youngest.

Uniforms

Families of our 3rd - 8th grade players are responsible for purchasing their own uniforms. We will be using the same uniform styles as the past couple of years. If you still have a uniform that fits, or one from an older sibling, you can use it. If you are a new player or have outgrown your old uniform you will need to purchase a new one.

Uniform sizing is equivalent to clothes. Keep in mind that in the winter months your player will likely be wearing a base layer. Additionally, sizing does NOT take into account pads for boys. For boys, we recommend ordering pinnies 2 sizes larger than typical clothing, ie if they wear a youth medium, order a youth XL; normally a youth L order an adult S, etc. Order shorts normal size.

Individual uniform ordering is now closed. New uniforms must be purchased through the club during registration. A 5% surcharge to cover our added cost is automatically included for returning families who did not order by the deadline. That fee is waived for new families.

When you have finished registering, please download the TeamLinkt app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. At least 1 parent or guardian must have the TeamLinkt app.

You do NOT need to sign up for NCSA college recruiting. This "offer" at the end if the registration process is not from us. Many people consider NCSA to be a high pressure money grab and there are more effective and less expensive recruiting tools out there. We will be adding information on the college recruiting process to our website in the near future.

General Eligibility Rules (not fully applicable for fall ball)

Shoreline Lacrosse is open to boys and girls kindergarten through 12th grade who attend a Shoreline public school, including those with boundary exemptions and home exchange students. At the youth and girls high school level we are also open to private school students who live within the Shoreline School District boundaries, unless that private school has its own lacrosse team (e.g. Lakeside School).

The girls program is also open players who are within the Edmonds-Woodway high school feeder boundaries.

Boys must attend a Shoreline School, or live within the Shoreline School District boundaries and either be home schooled or attend a private shool without a lacrosse team (youth only).

If you have any questions please contact our registrar at registrar@shorelinelacrosse.org prior to registering.
